2NE1 member Park Bom has become the center of controversy due to repeated erratic behavior, prompting strong dissatisfaction from fans.

On the 15th, the 2NE1 Gallery Fan Union issued an official statement demanding Park Bom’s exclusion from 2NE1 activities. They declared, “We officially request that Park Bom be excluded from 2NE1 activities.” The fan union cited Park Bom’s continuous social media controversies, her lack of sincerity during the tour, and her unconvincing on-stage behavior, which they argued could not be justified by health reasons. "Such behavior has reached a point that can no longer be tolerated,” they asserted. They continued, “While one mistake may be forgiven, repeated erratic actions amount to a serious betrayal of 2NE1 members and the fans who have waited for over 10 years. Park Bom’s impulsive actions, which show no regard for others, have significantly damaged the team’s reputation.” Describing her behavior as a “time bomb” and a “nuisance,” they expressed frustration over the situation.

Recently, Park Bom sparked controversy by repeatedly referring to actor Lee Min Ho as her “husband” on social media and posting related photos, fueling what has been called a “self-made love scandal.” When an overseas fan asked, “Is it for real?” she responded with “yes.” When questioned about who deleted the posts, she replied, “Company---,” showing what many perceived as a dismissive attitude toward criticism.

Her agency explained that it was merely a playful interaction with fans, but many fans are expressing concern beyond simple criticism.

In response, the Fan Union stated, “Park Bom’s repeated impulsive actions on social media, particularly involving an actor, have escalated beyond control. We also apologize to the actor and their fans who have been affected by Park Bom’s actions.”

The Fan Union further criticized Park Bom’s behavior during recent concerts. They pointed out, “She frequently leaves in the middle of performances and engages in unconvincing actions under the guise of health reasons. Her focus solely on her appearance and lack of passion on stage have caused disappointment among fans both in Korea and abroad.”

Finally, they concluded, “Whether due to health reasons or anything else, continuing with Park Bom, who is not fully committed, would cause significant harm to the team. Therefore, we officially request that Park Bom be excluded from future 2NE1 activities.”

Meanwhile, 2NE1 made headlines last October by holding a full-group concert for the first time in approximately 10 years and six months. They celebrated their 15th anniversary with an Asian tour, making stops in Korea, Japan, and Singapore. The group is set to hold the ‘2025 2NE1 CONCERT WELCOME BACK ENCORE IN SEOUL’ on April 12th and 13th at the KSPO Dome in Seoul.

Like a ticking time bomb, her actions have become unbearable, leaving fans disappointed and causing harm to those around her.

At concerts, her lack of sincerity—walking off mid-performance and displaying unconvincing behavior under the pretext of health issues—along with her excessive focus on appearance and lack of passion on stage, have led to a loss of trust and disappointment among fans in Korea and abroad.

Above all, her repeated impulsive actions on social media, particularly involving actors, have spiraled out of control. We also apologize to the actor and their fans who have been affected by Park Bom’s actions.

Regardless of whether her actions stem from health issues or other reasons, allowing Park Bom to remain in 2NE1 when she is not fully committed will cause immense harm to the team. Therefore, we officially request that Park Bom be excluded from all future 2NE1 activities."
