BTS’s Jungkook spotted for the first time since military enlistment.
On October 21st KST, a video of BTS’s Jungkook during his military service spread online, quickly capturing attention.
In the video, Jungkook is seen smiling brightly while signing an autograph at a restaurant. Even while serving in the military, he maintains his idol-like appearance, showing off his stunning visuals.
At the end of the video, Jungkook is heard saying, “I’m more thankful,” as he warmly shakes hands and bows courteously to a fan who requested his autograph, leaving a heartwarming impression.
Fans who watched the video responded with comments like, “He’s so kind and sweet,” and “His eyes and expression are so warm.”
Jungkook enlisted alongside fellow member Jimin last December and is currently serving in the 5th Infantry Division. His expected discharge date is June 2025.
Earlier, in June, member Jin completed his military service, and J-Hope was recently discharged on October 17th KST. J-Hope expressed his gratitude, saying, “I’ve safely completed my service thanks to the fans,” and added, “The hard work and dedication of the soldiers protecting the country is truly commendable. It would hold even greater meaning if the public continues to show such warm support and love.”
Despite being in the military, Jungkook’s popularity remains as strong as ever. According to Billboard, his songs “Seven” and “Standing Next to You” have maintained their spots on the charts for 65 and 49 weeks, respectively.
