BTS' j-hope treated his fellow soldiers to an all expenses paid trip.
As j-hope's military service is approaching an end, heartwarming stories about him have emerged. Recently, a photo of 9 soldiers holding a banner became a hot topic on online communities. The banner reads, "Sergeant Jung Ho Seok and the Baekho Recruit Training Battalion's fellow soldiers' MT. Full sponsorship and support: BTS j-hope."
Notably, a speech bubble drawn above j-hope's photo includes the message, "Fellow soldiers, you've worked hard! I'll treat you to something, so enjoy! Loyalty!"
This story comes just 10 days after news of his support of a stray dog shelter in Busan. Moreover, j-hope has continued his charitable efforts during his military service, including a donation of 100 million won ($75,650 USD) for emergency relief for children effected by the Turkey-Syria earthquake earlier this year.
In response to the news, netizens commented, "He truly is world-class," "He knows how to spend money," "It looks good," "He gets along well with his military mates," "So cool," "I can’t wait for his discharge," and "Hope he gets discharged soon."
j-hope will be officially discharged from his military duties on October 17 KST.
