BLACKPINK's Rosé has made a successful return as a solo artist and has been making waves with her latest single, "APT." featuring Bruno Mars. Rosé's latest single has reached impressive milestones on major streaming platforms in the U.S.
On Apple Music’s All-Genre chart in the U.S., “APT.” climbed to #82, making it the highest-charting song by a female K-pop soloist in the history of this chart. Not only that, over on Spotify, “APT.” rose to the #1 spot on the U.S. chart, moving up four positions with a new daily high of 1,579,405 streams. She became the first female K-pop soloist in history to top the Spotify US chart. The only other K-pop artists who topped this chart are BTS and Jungkook.
Meanwhile, Rosé released "APT." on October 18 and featured pop star Bruno Mars. Following its release, Rosé's new single has been showered with praise. In particular, many Korean netizens are even calling it the best solo track released by any BLACKPINK member to date.
