Notably, the poster holds special significance as it is based on the world of the music video for the title track "Scent of the Sky" from Seo In Guk's 2024 Mini Album 'SIGnature,' which is set to be released on September 6th.

"Heart UTOPIA" is a fan concert planned in response to the enthusiastic reception of last year's Japan debut 10th-anniversary fan concert "IN THE X." This fan concert is designed to reach more fans across various regions. The tour will consist of three performances, starting on November 4th at the Nagoya International Conference Center Century Hall, followed by the Kobe International House Kokusai Hall on November 5th, and the Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall on November 7th.

Seo In Guk made his debut in Japan in 2013 with "Fly Away" and has continued to receive love from the Japanese public through consistent music releases and various acting roles.
