TWICE's Momo is now the most-followed Japanese celebrity in the world with 15 million followers

As of August 24 at 12 PM KST, TWICE's Momo has officially hit 15 million followers on Instagram!

With this, Momo is now the most followed Japanese celebrity in the world. Among K-Pop idols, she's the 13th female K-Pop idol to surpass the 15 million milestone, reaching the feat 2 years and 3 months after opening her personal Instagram on May 17, 2022. 

[UPDATED] After Momo, the second most followed Japanese celebrity in the world is fellow TWICE member Sana, at 12.2 million followers.
