Comedian Kim Ji Min publicly calls out boyfriend Kim Jun Ho’s behavior during their date.
On August 20 KST, comedian Kim Ji Min took to her social media account to "expose" her boyfriend, fellow comedian Kim Jun Ho, for his antics during their date. She uploaded a video captioned "A typical date of a long-term couple."
The video shows Kim Ji Min on a date with Kim Jun Ho, who seems engrossed in his phone. Kim Ji Min starts by scolding him, saying, "What are you doing while I’m talking?!"
Feeling embarrassed, Kim Jun Ho flips his phone over. Kim Ji Min then asks, "We’re on a date, and you’re...?" and demands to see his phone screen.
Kim Jun Ho shows her the screen, explaining, "Hanwha is currently 2.5 games behind," referring to the baseball team's standings. But Kim Ji Min, clearly disappointed, responds, "Isn’t that a bit too much? We haven’t seen each other in over a week."
Despite her frustration, Kim Jun Ho remains focused on the game, saying, "It’s a crucial time to see if they make it to fall baseball or not." Kim Ji Min then asks, "Aren’t we at a crucial point too?"
Kim Ji Min continues, "For us, it’s about whether we continue seeing each other or not. It’s a matter of whether we meet again or not," to which Kim Jun Ho jokingly replies, "We’ll make it to fall baseball."
Eventually, Kim Ji Min sighs deeply and ends the video. Netizens who watched the video commented, "You can miss Hanwha, they have next year, but if you miss Ji Min, there’s no tomorrow," and "Hanwha is only 2.5 games behind, please let him watch," adding to the humor of the situation.
