KARA member Nicole has reportedly suffered a facial injury while participating in a Chinese variety show, leading to concerns over her intense schedule. 

According to reports from Taiwanese media ETtoday, Nicole was injured during the filming of "Star Wind 2024 (Girl Rush 5)" when she fell and sustained a significant cut on her chin, necessitating immediate medical attention.

Despite receiving stitches at a hospital, Nicole returned to the set the next day to continue shooting, eyewitnesses and staff reported. It was also noted that Nicole had been practicing dance during the day and running at night as part of the program's requirements.

This is not the first time Nicole has sustained injuries; she has previously been hurt, including bruises on her legs. Another staff member expressed frustration that despite Nicole's hard work and cooperation in the filming, she often went unnoticed by the cameras. "She flew in from Korea and has been practicing intense dance routines and running for three straight days without proper recognition. Nicole is not an Olympic athlete; she shouldn't be sidelined," the staff member commented.

The controversy surrounding the show is expected to escalate further following revelations that another participant had previously fallen from a height of over 2 meters.
