BLACKPINK's JENNIE once again sets new milestones on Spotify with her two biggest hits "Solo" and "One Of The Girls."
According to Spotify's recent update, Jennie's acclaimed hit in collaboration with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp, "One of the Girls", surpassed 700 Million streams, being the "First and Fastest song by a Female Soloist of K-pop" to achieve this. In addition to being officially the "Most Streamed song on the soundtrack of the HBO series The Idol" after surpassing 'Popular', a song by The Weeknd in collaboration with Playboi Carti & Madonna. Not only that since it is currently the only song by a K-pop Soloist that reached the mark of 408 Million streams in 2024, placing it even within the Top 5 Most Streamed Songs by Pop Artists this year. The song is currently competing for first place against music titans like Taylor Swift ("Cruel Summer" with 429 Million streams), Xavi ("La Diabla" with 435 Million streams), Tate McRae ("Greedy" with 479 Million streams) and Benson Boone ("Beautiful Things" with 502 Million streams).
On the other hand, Jennie's "SOLO" has become the First Solo Song by a Korean Female Artist to exceed 600 Million streams on Spotify. Thanks to this, Jennie is now the First Female K-pop Soloist to have two songs that exceed that figure on the platform. At the same time with "SOLO" and "One Of The Girls," Jennie has managed to tie Jungkook of BTS as the Only K-pop Soloists to date to have two songs that exceed 600 Million streams on Spotify.
Congratulations to BLACKPINK's JENNIE!
