Singer Baekhyun is set to present a solo concert at the KSPO DOME.
Baekhyun will hold his solo concert 'Lonsdaleite' on March 16th and 17th at the KSPO DOME (formerly Gymnastics Stadium) in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
'Lonsdaleite' marks Baekhyun's first offline solo concert in 12 years since his debut. He successfully held his first online solo concert 'BAEKHYUN: LIGHT' in January 2021. Now, after more than three years, he returns to perform live in front of an audience.
The concert name 'Lonsdaleite' refers to a type of diamond that is 58% harder than regular diamonds. The official poster, released at 10 AM today (22nd), captures this sense of overwhelming presence with its bright light.
Especially notable is that through 'Lonsdaleite', Baekhyun will make his debut as a solo artist at the KSPO DOME. The KSPO DOME, a leading large venue in Korea synonymous with the history of K-POP, sees Baekhyun, born in 1992, setting a record as the youngest of the 19 male solo artists to have performed there.
Meanwhile, Baekhyun successfully held his 'Snack Party' Seoul fan meeting last weekend. He continues his national tour on January 27th at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center in Gwangju, followed by a performance at the KBS Hall in Busan on February 3rd. The final performance in Busan on February 3rd at 7 PM will be live-streamed in 11 CGV theaters nationwide.
Baekhyun's 2024 solo concert 'Lonsdaleite' will be held on March 16th and 17th at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
He debut back in 2019, sold millions of albums, yet SM didn't let him have his own solo concert!! He had to leave to make it happen!! What an awful agency. Glad he left and I hope he'll tour ww as well, he has tons of fans waiting for him.
