Trot singer Jung Dong Won purchased an apartment worth 2 billion Won ($1,544,319 USD).

According to industry insiders, Jung Dong Won purchased the Mecenapotlis apartment in the Hapjeong area of Seoul. On November 17, SBS Entertainment News reported the 16-year-old trot singer purchased the luxury apartment last summer. Mecenatpolis is described as a high-rise apartment complex around the Mecenatopolis mall.

Jung Dong Won debuted 4 years ago in 2019 and rose to fame after his appearance on the TV Chosun trot audition show 'Mr. Trot' in 2020. With the purchase, the trot singer is now neighbors with his fellow 'Mr. Trot' participant Lim Young Woong, who won the show. Lim Young Woong is known to have purchased a penthouse on the top floor of Mecenatpolis last September in the amount of 5.1 billion Won ($3,937,436.13 USD).

Jung Hyung Don and HaHa are also reported to live in the same apartment complex.
