KQ Entertainment has posted an update on ATEEZ Jongho's knee injury.
This past August, the label revealed Jongho would be taking a hiatus due to a meniscus rupture, and on October 12, they gave an update on his condition. KQ Entertainment stated Jongho has undergone surgery and rehabilitation since his knee injury, and he's currently able to walk and engage in light exercise.
The label further confirmed Jongho will be joining ATEEZ for 'M! Countdown in France', ending his hiatus. However, he'll be avoiding any intense choreography.
Take a look at KQ Entertainment's full statement below.
"Hello.
This is KQ Entertainment.
Please read the following notice regarding ATEEZ member Jongho’s improvement in health condition and status for future schedules.
Back in August, Jongho was diagnosed with a "meniscus rupture", and has since undergone surgery and rehabilitation treatment. Currently, he is able to walk and engage in light exercise as part of his daily routine.
After extensive discussions with the artist, we have decided to proceed with his activities in a flexible manner, so that he is not overloaded.
Jongho will be returning to group activities starting with the upcoming 'MCOUNTDOWN IN FRANCE'.
However, in order to ensure a full recovery, Jongho will avoid intense choreography and perform on stage while sitting or standing.
Once again, we apologize for any concern this may have caused, and we assure you that we will continue to prioritize the artist's recovery and complete healing.
Thank you."

Happy he will be present but take care of his health at the same time. No need to rush into hard dancing and hurt himself 💞
