YouTuber Lee Jin Ho alleges that The Givers were already preparing for FIFTY FIFTY to change agencies well in advance

There seems to be no end to discovering new surprising information that sheds light on the truth behind the FIFTY FIFTY controversy.

On August 3, former entertainment reporter turned YouTuber Lee Jin Ho uncovered new information supporting the allegations that The Givers is the outside company trying to poach the girls.

Additionally, Lee Jin Ho debunked some of the claims made by The Givers CEO Ahn Sung Il

Based on the video uploaded on YouTube on this day, Lee Jin Ho began explaining that an alleged conversation message chain between the employees of The Givers regarding FIFTY FIFTY has been recovered.

The alleged conversation was with an overseas PR company called Helix Publicity. Helix is a hired PR company that provided overseas marketing strategies and planning for FIFTY FIFTY.  The dialogue among The Givers' staff highlighted FIFTY FIFTY's ongoing contractual agreement with Helix. Intriguingly, the discussion revealed plans for extending the existing partnership between The Givers and Helix.

During the conversation, employee Lee asks, "Are we extending...?" to which employee Kim replied, "Yes, CEO confirmed...We will edit the contract later when (FIFTY FIFTY) changes labels later..."

Lee Jin Ho pointed out that FIFTY FIFTY has the standard seven-year contract with ATTRAKT, so it is odd for The Givers' employees to talk about the group's label changing. April was just six months after FIFTY FIFTY debuted, hence, the girls would not be changing labels for another six and a half years.

Lee Jin Ho pointed out the phrase, "We will edit the contract later when (FIFTY FIFTY) changes labels later..." from the conversation add substantial evidence that The Givers was already planning to take over FIFTY FIFTY.

The YouTuber also highlighted the fact that the two employees were not executive-level members. Therefore, this is proof that the entire The Givers company was already aware in April of the coming lawsuit regarding FIFTY FIFTY's exclusive contracts with ATTRAKT.

He also clarified the argument The Givers gave that the label deal would have FIFTY FIFTY change agencies. Lee Jin Ho explained that despite the label deal, FIFTY FIFTY would still belong to ATTRAKT. He gave examples of other agencies with label deals with other companies. Lee Jin Ho explained, "There are simple examples like Kakao Entertainment and Starship acquiring King Kong Entertainment. This was done through a label deal. Although the company was acquired by Kakao, they maintain their own name. So it's difficult to say that they would change companies."

Lee Jin Ho also debunked the claims that CEO Ahn Sung Il made that he personally picked the three members of FIFTY FIFTY.

Ahn Sung Il previously argued that he has justifiable reasons to claim credit for FIFTY FIFTY's success because he had personally picked three members out of the four. Lee Jin Ho shared that he had investigated this claim, and it was proven false.

Lee Jin Ho found that ATTRAKT had already found trainees before Ahn Sung Il joined the project. There were 7 to 13 trainees already chosen through Star Crew Ent (the company established by ATTRAKT CEO Jun Hong Joon). The three members - Sio, Keena, and Saena - all joined through Star Crew Ent and were chosen by CEO Jun Hong Joon. Only member Aran was added to the lineup through The Giver's suggestion but was ultimately confirmed by ATTRAKT.

I think it's finally time for The Givers name to be officially changed to The TAKERS.

I love seeing people in professions turning to YouTube to spill beans. It always yields interesting results.

Pretty solid logic, I would say. I've seen a lot of people say this looks and feels like a take-over plan gone wrong. I tend to agree.

I may just have to sub to this guy.
