YG Entertainment's new girl group, Baby Monster, is making progress towards their debut, aiming for a September release. Under the guidance of producer Yang Hyun Suk, the group's debut project is "moving forward at a swift pace", according to reports on July 11 KST. The debut song, which falls into the intense hip-hop genre, has been finalized, and the group has moved onto the last preparation stages for their debut.
To enhance the quality of Baby Monster's debut album, YG has invited renowned overseas producers to Korea and organized multiple song camps.
YG Entertainment is keeping its promise made earlier by Yang Hyun Suk regarding Baby Monster's debut, ensuring that it will be some time in the fall. Recognizing the immense anticipation from global fans regarding the debut date, YG stated, "We understand fans are eagerly awaiting Baby Monster's debut, and we assure you that we will provide you with good news very soon."
They've been dragging their debut. Probably for blackpink schedules to conclude. Blackpink's tour ends at the end of August and then babymonster debuts on September...allegedly. They've been promoting/teasing babymonster since JANUARY and there is still nothing official. Which makes me think that yg will be only promoting one girl group at a time. One promotes the other takes a break and vice-versa. If that's the case oh gosh the fan wars that are about to happen 😬😬
