According to financial media outlet reports on May 10 KST, actress Jun Ji Hyun purchased a luxurious apartment home on the top floor of Acro Seoul Forest, Seongsu-dong 1-ga, at 13 billion KRW (~ $9.8 million USD) in September of 2022. 

This penthouse apartment, located on the 47th floor of Acro Seoul Forest, is said to consist 264 square meters. Jun Ji Hyun purchased this home with her husband Choi Jun Hyuk with the full transaction amount paid in cash. Jun Ji Hyun owns 12/13 of the property, while her husband Choi Jun Hyuk owns 1/13. 

The sale of this home garnered significant attention within the real estate industry, as 13 billion KRW was the highest sale price of any apartment home in Seoul in 2022. 

Meanwhile, Jun Ji Hyun is the owner of multiple real estate properties in Seoul, including another apartment home at Samsung-dong I'PARK, which she purchased in 2005. She also owns three buildings including a 2-story building in Yongsan-gu Ichon-dong, home of a Starbucks; a 2-story building in Gangnam-gu Samsung-dong; and a 3-story building in Gangseo-gu Deungchon-dong, home to an electronic appliance store.
