On May 2, FIFTY FIFTY's label Attractt shared an update regarding member Aran's health condition via the girl group's official fan cafe.

The agency stated, 

"Aran recently experienced discomfort during practice and visited the hospital for a full checkup. 

She has received periodic treatment during her promotions, but after her latest checkup, it was advised that she should undergo surgery if she wished to recover as soon as possible. 

The agency has consulted both Aran and her parents regarding her continued activities, and based on Aran's strong wishes to promote, she has participated in group activities as long as they did not require overexertion. 

Then, earlier today, after a lengthy consultation, Aran chose to go through with the surgery and it was carried out this morning. 

The surgery was successful, and Aran is currently resting while recovering. The agency intends on prioritizing the artist's full recovery and will make a decision on her future activities based on the advice of medical experts."

FIFTY FIFTY most recently rose up on numerous music charts with their hit song "Cupid", originally released in February of this year.
