MAMAMOO’s agency is criticized for allegedly not delivering fan support gifts to Hwasa

RBW sparked controversy after they allegedly failed to deliver fan support gifts to MAMAMOO's youngest HwaSa as promised. To show their love and continued support for the idol, fans gathered lunchbox support to be sent to the filming of one of the episodes of the idol's solo variety show on tvN "HwaSa Show." However, due to the company's failure to update fans in regard to the date and time changes of the filming. The fan support lunch boxes and gifts were delivered on a day when there was no filming, causing all the fan's efforts to go to waste.

This sparked outrage among fans, as the agency's failure to inform fans of the date and time changes caused the fan's efforts to go to waste. On Twitter, the fans that were part of the supporting initiative clarified that not only the fans but also the production team of the show were allegedly also not informed of the lunch box support to be sent from fans. Making the situation even worse was the fact that it was the production team themselves that informed the fans that had arrived with the lunch box support that there was a change in filming, not the idol's company themselves.

In regard to the emails and outrage by fans made on social media, RBW admitted their mistake and issued an apology to fans via an email stating: “We are sincerely sorry that the support gifts you had spent a long time preparing for "Hwasa Show" were not delivered as planned due to our mistake.” Stating that they themselves plan to deliver the same support gifts to the "HwaSa Show" staff and the idol.

However, this sparked a heated discussion among fans as several came forward, stating to have sent gifts, lunch box support and etc., that were allegedly never delivered to the idol. During video calls, the singer herself can be seen clearly stating that "No" she did not receive the gifts previously sent to her by fans.

Needless to say, this has led to even more outrage among fans about the possible mistreatment of the idol. As many pointed out mismanagement issues experienced by all MAMAMOO members as a group and as solo artists (apart from Wheein, who is managed by a different agency for her work) in 2022 alone. Not counting all of the failures by the company to update their schedules as solo artists, promote solo performances, and attended events.

This only makes this mismanagement of the lunch box support for HwaSa even more of a burning topic for fans. As the agency failed to keep fans up to date with her performance schedules, appearances in fashion shows and etc., in 2022 alone. This coupled with the fact that the idol may not be receiving fan gifts, is leading many fans to speculate. If this is all the things fans are able to see in regard to the idol's mismanagement in broad daylight, what else can be happening behind closed walls?

What do you think was this a simple mistake on the agency's part?

All of MMM career has been like this, the fans and the artist get disrespected by the agency all the time, but its become severe since they debuted New groups, its has become claer that the company is the one that boicots the group and is stoping them from growing as artists. As soon as they debuted new groups they forgot that they are and always will be know as Mamamoo's company
