BTS's Jimin recently received some love from Japanese fans through a new K-pop survey!
From September 16 - 24 JST, Japanese media outlet DANMEE asked fans to vote for which music video scene by a K-pop male idol made their heart race. 17,489 fans voted, with Jimin's intro portion for the group's 2016 "Blood Sweat Tears" music video winning after accruing 52.23% of the vote (9,135 votes in total). The portion of the music video runs from 0:55 - 1:08 and is among the most-watched portion of the song on YouTube.
Other popular male idols receiving high votes included TVXQ's Yunho in "The Chance of Love," Seventeen's Jeonghan in "MANSAE," Stray Kids' Hyunjin in "Thunderous," and The Boyz's Younghoon in "Maverick."
Meanwhile, Jimin is less than two weeks away from his 27th birthday and fans are already kicking off celebrations. As previously reported, one such event is a 200-meter (~220 yard) wall of Jimin photos and celebratory messages that will be positioned outside of the venue of BTS's upcoming Busan concert. Fans will be able to visit the wall in person for a full month.
