On September 21, MBC News took to their official YouTube channel to reveal a video clip that caught the South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol using foul language. After meeting with the United States President Biden at The Global Fund's Seventh Replenishment Conference, Yoon Suk Yeol is seen walking down with his guards. As he is walking, President Yoon Suk Yeol is heard saying, "If those f*ckers from the National Assembly don't pass [the bill], Biden will be so embarrassed."
Upon seeing this, many K-Netizens flocked to the comments to express their shock and disappointment at their president.

South Koreans have higher standard when it comes to how their politicians should act than you or your country, and I agree with their standard, after all they don't even allow celebrities to cuss without endangering their career, it would be unfair if they let public figure who actually hold power to do something that their celebrities aren't even freely do.
