During the year 2021, Jin released three beautiful solo songs despite his busy schedule under BTS. Among them there is a main theme OST for the drama 'Jirisan', called 'Yours', composed and written by no other than the famous musical director Gaemi. Jin was selected to be the singer of the main OST by the musical director and the production company after they saw the viral videos of him singing live. The artist's voice and techniques were perfect to showcase the depth of difficult relationships between the two main characters and the sorrow of the male lead. The song was very successful despite not having any promotion. The musical director Gaemi even got his first ever entry on Billboard Japan Hot 100. 

'Yours' has already been nominated for a few Asian awards, and Jin even won the TTA Award as the 'Best Artist of K-drama OST.' The two personal plaques were sent to Jin, and right now, his fans are waiting for the acceptance speech by the artist.

Recently, Jin got an individual nomination for his OST 'Yours'  -  'The Individual FANNSTAR CHOICE Award category of The Fact Music Awards 2022'. TMA is hosted by 'The Fact' and organized by 'Fan N Star,' which recognizes major contributors to the Hallyu wave. The Fact Music Awards determines its winners through objective data from Circle (previously Gaon), a panel of judges, and the support and participation scores of fans at home and abroad.

BTS attends The Fact Music Awards every year, so everyone hopes to see Jin there this year as well. The final voting will begin on September 13, and the show is going to be held on October 8 in the KSPO Dome (Olympic Gymnastics Stadium). Fans are very eager to see Jin accepting his own Individual Award on stage!
