With her recent appearance in Sisters Who Make Waves and her successfully ranking second place, Jessica Jung has caught the attention of new fans. However, it seems that new fans aren't the only one whose heart has been stolen by her.

During her time on Sisters Who Make Waves Jessica was a part of the team AOTU. This team consisted of Kelly Yu, Cici Wang, Zhang Li, Zhu Jiejing, and Zhang Xinyi, alongside Jessica herself. These talented women not only showed their amazing chemistry when together on stage but also through their interactions as well. As they spent more time together throughout the season, Jessica got close to all of them and formed strong connections.

Earlier today, Cici Wang had a live stream where she mentioned Jessica and revealed an interesting story about her which gave us an insight into their personal friendship. The two became close friends, and her story proved just how comfortable they truly are with each other.

Cici spoke of how she had opened her handphone on a casual Sunday only to find it full of selfies and clips were taken by none other than our ice princess Jessica. Deciding to play along, she kept quiet and stored the pictures on her phone. Later on, during the finals, she had been sitting in a corner with Jessica and fellow member Kelly when she noticed Jessica "sneakily" take her phone for a quick photo session. The two participants watched as Jessica happily took pictures for a while until she finally realized the two who were observing her. Upon being caught, our ice princess simply laughed, saying she couldn't believe the two had noticed that it was her taking the photos. Cici pointed out that, of course, she knew it was Jessica but that she just didn't want to rat her out, so she kept quiet. After recalling the incident on stream, the Chinese actress joked that Jessica was probably the reason her phone doesn't have storage.

Cici then also talks about how Jessica has a lot of experience and is always willing to help. "Jessica has a lot of experience. Just like what she said, if you go to her team, she will help you find where you shine."  She goes on to fondly talk about how Jessica had even helped her with her recordings. She even praises Jessica by describing her as a" Very adorable, very loving, very innocent girl." 

The pair have gotten each other cute gifts as well. Jessica had surprised Cici with a chic ash-blue bucket hat which she gave to her while filming. Later in the stream, Cici mentioned the bucket hat Jessica gave her as the most unexpected gift she received, as Jessica was allowed to give only one (1) participant a gift. When she received it, she was overjoyed and immediately tried it on. Jessica had suggested she wear it when she travels, but Cici had cutely declared to wear it every day. 

She herself also gave Jessica a gold couple ring like the one she herself owns, which has the meaning and promise of  "I will always be by your side."  Jessica was thankful for the present and said that this was her first couple ring which would make her sister, Krystal Jung, jealous as the sisters had been wanting couple rings for a while too but were never able to. Cici had looked satisfied then with the fact that she would be the first.

The two then snapped a bunch of cute photos together showing off their new accessories and even posted them on Weibo for their fans. You can see Cici rocking the cute bucket hat and the pretty rings present on both their fingers.

These two ladies have also been seen interacting with each other behind the scenes of Sisters Who Make Waves. Fancams and fan-taken pictures of them that have been uploaded received positive attention as viewers and fans praised the genuine affection the two seemed to have for each other. The close bond they formed is certainly one that is praiseworthy and enviable.

These two have also been interacting with each other all over Weibo. Posting pictures of each other, commenting on the others' posts, and simply doing what besties do. Just take a look at this photo Cici posted on her personal account!

Although they only met recently on the show, their personalities seem to fit together well, and it can be seen in the way they formed such a quick yet strong attachment. Even though the show has already ended, Jessica and Cici promised each other to travel together and take a vacation sometime in the near future. I hope to be able to see these two new friends chilling and relaxing in some hot holiday spot soon.
