BTS's V joined the lineup of A-list celebrities attending the premiere of the Cannes-winning movie 'Broker' in Seoul, a day after meeting President Biden and speaking at the White House.

Kim Taehyung was reportedly invited to the film's Cannes and Seoul premieres by close celebrity friend Kang Dong-won, who also stars in it. He was unable to attend the Cannes due to scheduling conflicts, but he returned to South Korea ahead of his group to attend the Seoul preview. 

Taehyung was dressed elegantly in a black shirt and Saint Laurent jacket. Taehyung looked glowing and extremely attractive despite his long flight. He happily responded to the cheers from the crowd and greeted fans and reporters.

As shown in the press videos, Taehyung was treated as the 'main event,' and the crowd went crazy as soon as he came into view. Loud screams can be heard from the reporters and fans vying for his attention. 

After the event, Taehyung shared on his Instagram story a video of him chilling with Kang Dong-won and saying, "I will watch the movie well." The two guys also took a photo together. 

Ever the social butterfly, he was also spotted cozying up to singer Park Hyo Shin. The two singers have shared their friendship on social media before. 

Taehyung dominated Twitter trends, and 'KIM TAEHYUNG AT VIP PREMIERE' trended to #1 worldwide as fans went crazy seeing the photos and videos. During the event, he also became the most-searched celebrity in South Korea, along with IU. 

Taehyung also trended to #4 on the hot search ranking of Sina Weibo, one of China's most influential social media platforms, and received over 1,400,000 discussions in two hours. On Korean platforms, he also received hundreds of articles about his brief appearance.

Fans also applauded Taehyung's natural charisma and dubbed him the 'main event' due to the overwhelming response he received at the premiere, despite not starring in the movie himself.
