The new drama 'Big Mouse' starring YoonA and Lee Jong Suk will be changing broadcast stations.
According to an April 15 Xports News report, 'Big Mouse' will be airing on MBC starting in July as a Friday, Saturday drama.
It was previously known that the drama would air on tvN, but plans have changed, and it has now been finalized to air on MBC. After establishing the new Friday-Saturday drama schedule, the broadcast company has received positive results after airing dramas such as 'The Veil,' 'The Red Sleeve,' and 'Tracer' following this broadcast schedule.
'Big Mouse' is a story about a lawyer with a win rate of 10% who gets caught up in a murder case he accidentally takes on and becomes a rare genius con artist 'Big Mouse' overnight to survive. He digs into the true face of the privileged class, stained with a huge conspiracy to protect his family.
Lee Jong Suk has been confirmed to take on the role of Park Chang Ho, the lawyer with a win rate of 10%. He is called 'Big Mouse' by people in the legal world because of his rhetorical personality. But when he wakes up, he is singled out as a 'Big Mouse,' a genius con artist, and his life is threatened.
YoonA takes on the role of Go Mi Ho, a nurse who possesses outstanding beauty and is also Park Chang Ho's wife. Go Mi Ho goes out to clear her husband's name after she receives the news that he is framed as a genius con artist.
Director Oh Choong Hwan, who directed 'Hotel Del Luna,' 'Startup,' and 'While You Were Sleeping' will take the megaphone.
Quite surprised that such a hyped drama with two top stars will land at MBC instead of TVN - MBC hasn’t had that good of a track record In terms of success really (The Red Sleeve was definitely an outlier; the Veil and Tracer has had modest success but outshined by concurrently airing dramas in either SBS or TVN).
