On April 19 KST, an industry official stated, "Son Dam Bi and her finacé Lee Kyu Hyuk will be appearing on 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2'. We are currently discussing the exact broadcast time with the production crew." They continued, "Through the program, Son Dam Bi and Lee Kyu Hyuk will reveal the behind the scenes of their wedding."

Several celebrities have appeared on 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2' with their fiancé, showing the process leading up their wedding. This includes actress Jang Shin Young and her husband/actor Kang Kyung Joon, singer Kangnam and retired Olympic speedskater Lee Sang Hwa, and more.
