Singer John Park wrote a heartfelt letter to his fans following the news of his marriage.

On April 8, John Park took to his personal Instagram to write a heartfelt letter, where he personally addressed his fans regarding his upcoming marriage to his girlfriend. He thanked his fans for their support, and reassured them that he would live happily.

Below is John Park's statement:

"Hello, I'm singer John Park.

It feels like yesterday when I debuted at the age of 23, but it's already been 12 years.
I think [my debut] would have been impossible if it weren't for my fans' support and love.
I had good news that I wanted to tell the fans who have been with me for a long time, so I began writing here.

There is a precious person whom I got to know around this time last year, who has been a source of strength for me.
With this person who taught me what happiness is, I promised a future together and I am currently preparing for my wedding with a nervous and fluttering heart.

You were probably surprised by the sudden news, but I am thinking you will bless my new beginning just as you've always supported me with an affectionate heart.

I'm always thankful for you.
I'll live happily!"
 

In response, some celebrities including singer Lee Juck, model/actor Joo Woo Jae, singer-songwriter Juckjae, singer Jung Yeop, band Jannabi's vocalist Choi Jung Hoon left congatulatory messages on John Park's post. 

In addition, fans commented, "Wowwww lessss gooooo", "Oppa, congratulations!!!", "Congratulations...crying...", I'm happy for u John, Always support", congratulations!!! wishing you all the happiness", and more.
