Girls' Generation's Seohyun has donated feminine hygiene products to those in need.
On April 13, her label Namoo Actors revealed Seohyun donated 17,000 sanitary pads to the Community Chest of Korea, and they were delivered to community child centers and childcare facilities to vulnerable social groups in need.
The donated feminine products were sent to 31 organizations, including the Nanum Foundation, the UIjeongbu Multicultural Family Support Center for Healthy Families, and the Uijeongbu Regional Children's Center Association, and they're reported to have helped about 500 students.

Period poverty is a world wide problem. There is funding for the most ridiculous things, yet people seem to think we only bleed when it's convenient and that we can turn it on and off like tap water. I'm glad that Seohyun is bringing attention to this.
