Cosmic Girls' Exy has tested positive for COVID-19.

On March 3 KST, Starship Entertainment released a statement revealing that Cosmic Girls member Exy has tested positive for COVID-19.

Below is Starship Entertainment's official statement:

"Hello.

This is Starship Entertainment.

We inform you that today (March 2 KST), Cosmic Girls' Exy was confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19.

Exy tested positive on the self-diagnosis test kit on March 1 KST and immediately underwent a PCR test, where she received a positive test result for COVID-19 on March 2 KST.

Exy has completed her 3rd dose of COVID-19 vaccination, and is not experiencing any symptoms other than a cough and a mild sore throat. She is currently receiving treatment from home according to health authorities' guidelines.

Aside from Exy, the rest of the Cosmic Girls members underwent the rapid antigen test and all of them were confirmed to be negative. We will continue to do our best to consistently monitor the health and safety of our artists by conducting self-diagnosis kit tests, PCR tests, and more.

Exy will put a pause on all her scheduled activities and focus on her treatment and recovery, complying with the guidelines of health authorities.
