Actor Nam Goong Min will show viewers his transformation into the 'Korean Hulk' on MBC's 'I Live Alone'.
On the upcoming September 17 broadcast of MBC's variety show 'I Live Alone',Nam Goong Min will be returning as a guest. In his previous guest appearance two years ago, Nam Goong Min drew a lot of laughter from viewers with his 'intermittent exercise' routine which consisted of pulling back a thick rubber band a total of three times. On the episode of 'I Live Alone', he is expected to be introduced as 'the Korean Hulk', showing his 180 degrees transformation in physique and habits.
Nam Goong Min recently bulked up by gaining an extra 10kg (~22lbs) in order to film for his upcoming new drama 'The Veil'. In 'The Veil', Nam Goong Min plays the role of Han Ji Hyuk, a top National Intelligence Service (NIS) agent. In order to accurately portray his character, Nam Goong Min became serious about exercising and will reveal his 'Spartan' exercise routine. Nam Goong Min stated, "Even during filming, I exercise for 2 hours." His trainer commented, "[Nam Goong Min's] desire to exercise is really strong." While Nam Goong Min had shown viewers a hilarious side to himself of sighing when just thinking about exercise, he is expected to impress many with his strong will and focus in exercising for the sake of perfecting his performance in his new drama.
