Park Jimin is the Lead vocalist, Main dancer, and talented Producer of BTS, and because of his incredible abilities, his popularity grows exponentially. It is for this reason that he is known as Korea's Frontman and Global It Boy.

On the 9th of September, Jimin proved this fact true when he featured in the Music Video for the Excuses song. The song is a collaboration between popular American Talkshow host Stephen Colbert and the Late-Late Show's house band Stay Human, led by American musician Jon Batiste. In the video, Jimin is a special guest as he appears on the T-shirt of one of the singers.

Fans who saw this were impressed and reacted with words like 'Jimin effect,' 'Jimin Impact,' 'Jimin the It Boy,' ' Jimin Face of KPOP,' and 'Jimin Paved The Way' among others. Others wished they could buy the shirt, while others pointed out that the photo on the shirt was of Jimin from the iconic 2018 MMA fan dance for the idol performance. It is worth noting that apart from going viral, Jimin's fan dance won him the Plaque of Appreciation award from the Kim Baek Bong Korean Fan Dance Conservation Society for his contribution towards the promotion and preservation of Korean Culture. 

Apart from the fan dance, Jimin has done a lot more to qualify his Korea's Frontman title and bring prestige to his country by popularizing its food (Tteokbokki, Kimchi, Hot chicken fried noodles), clothing (the Hanbok), art & culture (HonGil Dong) and even promoting tourism like the recent Your Seoul Goes On Visit Seoul campaign which is sure to make many want to take a trip to Korea. He was even recognized by the South Korean Minister for Sports, Culture, and Tourism back in 2020 as one whom everyone should know about because of his great contributions.

Internationally, he is recognized and praised by netizens, media, notable personalities, and celebrities of all calibers for his abilities as an artist, as well as his lovely personality and angelic visuals. On the 7th of September, he drew attention when US media Paper Magazine attributed "Jimin's impact" on an article talking about BTS being inducted into the Guinness World Record Hall of Fame, highlighting his world-class popularity.

Jimin, who is widely known for his incredible work ethic, abilities, and achievements as an excellent performer, continues to live up to another of his many titles, The Rookie's Bible. On the 2nd of September, Ham Wonjin, Lead dancer and vocalist of K-POP group CRAVITY, once again mentioned Jimin on the show 'Back to the Idol.' Jimin was cited as his inspiration for performing on the stage, saying, “I am very committed when performing on stage and when I see Jimin’s performances, I am stunned it can be done this spectacular! I want to be like him.”
