According to media outlet reports on June 9, former idol trainee Han Seo Hee will be attending a court hearing at the Suwon Sungnam District Court for her second offense of illegal drug usage. 

Back in August of last year, police discovered traces of methamphetamine while investigating Han Seo Hee for drug use allegations. Han Seo Hee was already on probation for a previous offense of illegal drug use from 2016. During her first offense, Han Seo Hee was sentenced to 3 years of prison if she commits the same crime within a probationary period of 4 years. 

Now, Han Seo Hee will be facing her first court hearing for her alleged second offense of illegal drug use later today beginning at 2:30 PM KST. After prosecutors indicted Han Seo Hee for her second illegal drug use offense in July of last year, the court cancelled her probationary period ahead of her court trial. However, when Han Seo Hee underwent another drug test during this phrase, the results returned negative.

As a result, the Suwon Sungnam Court will be responsible for determining whether or not Han Seo Hee ultimately committed a second offense of illegal drug use while on probation. If found guilty, Han Seo Hee will immediately be sentenced to 3 years in prison.
