I wanna be a trainee in kpop company i am from India

Hello,My name ayush and i am from India

i want to go for auditions for kpop but many people says that Koreans are racist and you will not get accepted by anyone.I am in love with Korean culture,kpop and i am also trying to learn Korean (i can read and write but can't understand) do you think an Indian can accepted if he is making efforts for understanding korean culture.

Please i am asking it in a general way....
