DAY6 Not Getting The Promotions They Deserve?? Fans OUTRAGED At Studio J and JYPE

On April 20,DAY6, a 5 member rock band under JYP Entertainment, announced that they would be having a comeback on May 11. MyDays, DAY6's fanbase, immediately turned to social media to express their excitement. However, that excitement and happiness has slowly turned into disappointment as JYPE and Studio J continuously keeps providing DAY6 with poor promotions for their upcoming comeback. Studio J is a sub-label under JYPE managing DAY6 and NakJoon (Bernard Park). They also used to manage Jimin Park (Jamie Park) before she left JYPE in August 2019.

Ranging from poor planning to lack of promotions, and even mishandling events such as MyDay 3rd Generation, Studio J has shown a lot of incompetence toward DAY6, this comeback especially. There was no MCountdown comeback stage preview nor was there a comeback live schedule, like how there normally would be.

With only days left till the comeback, MyDays have taken it upon themselves to promote DAY6 themselves and even created hashtags such as #스튜디오제이_정신차리고_일해 which translates to "Studio J, wake up and work" and #스튜디오제이_팬기만_그만해 which translates to "Studio J, stop deceiving fans."

Many MyDays have been especially upset since they've been trying to get Studio J's attention about DAY6's promo for a while now and still, no results are being shown. They've tried multiple times to get this issue out to the public and even mass emailed Studio J at one point. Also, with NakJoon on hiatus due to his enlistment, Studio J should technically have their whole focus on DAY6, yet they still give them terrible promo.

After five years of this poor promoting, MyDays are once again speaking their thoughts on social media, showing their disregard towards Studio J. Since the members of DAY6 have been so excited about this new comeback, MyDays are doing the best they can to provide the boys with as much support and love as they can.

MyDays and DAY6 have basically been the ones promoting their own content for the past few years and it's just not working. DAY6 has so much potential in them and they create such high quality music, but because of their promotions it all goes to waste. JYP has even claimed that DAY6 are their hidden gems, so why are they not uncovering them?
