Months after the creation of KONNECT Entertainment, its logo has been raised onto its building in Gangnam, Seoul, marking the end of the legal dispute between its CEO/former Wanna One center Kang Daniel and his former company, LM Entertainment.
An employee from Pleasure Design Sign & Interior Companyposted photos of the process of raising the sign and wrote:
"Pleasure has installed the sign for 'KONNECT Entertainment', the new company of our Kang Daniel-nim who has been troubled by conflicts with his former company... I wish Kang Daniel-nim and everyone at Pleasure will walk only the flower path from now on..."
Previously the Korea Entertainment Management Association (KEMA) stepped in and announced on September 27 that they have mediated an agreement between Kang Daniel and LM Entertainment, cancelling the lawsuit and terminating the exclusive contract.
Officially independent of LM, Kang Daniel is now finally able to raise KONNECT's logo as a recognized company in the entertainment industry. Fans of Kang Daniel are anticipating the strides forward KONNECT will take and are eager to see whether this means they can finally see him do proper promotions and appear on TV programs.
In other news, as he prepares to take steps into the Korean entertainment industry, Kang Daniel is continuing his fanmeeting tour in Manila on October 19, Seoul on November 23-24, and Hong Kong on December 1. Additionally, he continues activities as the advertisement model of the large brands KT, Mexicana Chicken, Givenchy Beauty, and Subway and airs his travel vlog 'Colorful Daniel' every Wednesday on KONNECT's official Youtube channel.
Really emotional after reading this.
"Marks his independence by finally installing Konnect Entertainment building logo."
Finally he can move forward to his future career plans as a CEO and as a solo artist.
May this flowery path always lead to his success.
Congratulations Konnect and CEO Kang Daniel.
