According to Article 13 of the act on the punishment of sexual crimes, people who spread disturbing, humiliating sexual videos through mass media for the purpose of stimulating, satisfying their own or others' sexual desire can be sentenced to up to 2 years in prison and a fine of up to 5 million won.
