Kangnam revealed his love story on KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 4.'

On the May 9 airing, Kangnam shared he received permission from his Olympic medalist girlfriend, Lee Sang Hwa, to talk about their relationship on the show. 

Kangnam shared he was already a fan of Lee Sang Hwa before they met for SBS 'Law of the Jungle.' The two sat next to each other in the airplane, but Kangnam thought she didn't like him because she switched her seat with Kwak Yoon Gi during the flight. 

It turns out Lee Sang Hwa was bored by how Kangnam didn't talk to her but only watched 'Avengers' throughout the entire flight. 

The couple also didn't have any 'something' going on throughout 'Law of the Jungle' filming. Things sparked after the show when they naturally stayed in contact through 'Law of the Jungle' group chat and got to meet each other. 

Kangnam and Lee Sang Hwa also didn't have an issue with going public with their relationship. In fact, Lee Sang Hwa was very cool about the dating news.
