FNC Entertainment finally broke the silence on their artists' involvement in Jung Joon Young's controversial hidden camera messages.
F.T. Island's Jonghun and CNBLUE's Jonghyun are accused of being the 'Choi' and the 'Lee' in Jung Joon Young's controversial group chat. FNC Entertainment, which was "unreachable" for 2 days, finally shared an official statement.
The statement reads as follows:
"Our artists, Lee Jonghyun and Choi Jonghun, only have a friendship with the controversial figure. We're clearly stating they have no relations to this case.
Recently, Choi Jonghun was requested to cooperate in the police investigation, and he only attended as a potential witness. We're clearly stating he is not a suspect. Choi Jonghun, who has completed police investigation, has been confirmed to have no special relation to the prostitution allegations and more.
In addition, Lee Jonghyun and Jung Joon Young have remained in contact for a long time but Lee Jonghyun is irrelevant to this case. Please refrain from making unnecessary rumors and reports based on assumptions.
We plan to take strong legal action against malicious rumors regarding our artists."
Good. Hope they're really innocent because I'm FT fan. Honestly after Junhyung I don't believe SBS anymore, because thanks to them he's got pretty f*cked (sorry^^). And suddenly there's no "Yong" in chatroom and never was, so how can we be sure that "Choi" is really here or "Lee" isn't Seungri? There was also accusations that there's different chat with 8(?) other celebrities.
As I said before, this is not about finding real culprit anymore but witch hunting..
