A man has been arrested for masturbating in public.
According to the Geumjeong Police Station on September 26, a man in his 20s has been arrested for masturbating at a convenience store he was working part-time.
The man was working at the convenience store on the morning of 26th. Around 5:37 am, two women purchased ramen and ate them on the outdoor table. The man started masturbating while watching the women eating ramen.
The ladies spotted the man's perverted act and immediately reported him to the police. He was arrested on the spot. In the beginning, the man denied the accusations but ultimately confessed to his crime.
The police are continuing to investigate the man. He could be fined 5 million KRW (4,500 USD) or sentence of 1-year in penal servitude.
