Does Lee Kuk Ju dislike all female celebrities with the initial 'H'?

On the pilot episode of TV Chosun's new variety show 'Why Women Get Mad' (literal translation), Lee Kuk Ju relayed one of her past incidents with her ex-boyfriend.
When asked what had made Lee Kuk Ju mad, she explained that one of her ex-boyfriends had always used pictures of other female celebrities as his phone wallpaper. Even when he was dating Lee Kuk Ju as his 'celebrity girlfriend', he had chosen to go ahead and choose pictorials of others.
Lee Kuk Ju lamented, "When I saw his wallpaper, it was a picture of Lee Hyori. If I weren't a celebrity, I would understand. But, I was a celebrity, too!" Then, Lee Kuk Ju said gave him a photo from her own pictorial that he could use instead. However, days later when she checked his phone again, the wallpaper had been changed to HyunA's photo!
"From then on, I came to dislike all female celebrities with the initial 'H'," expressed the female comedian. "After HyunA, came Hani, as his new wallpaper."
