An alleged staff member of upcoming tvN drama 'About Time' shared concerns about Lee Seo Won's sudden departure from the production.
On May 16, a netizen claiming to be a staff member of 'About Time' posted a photo of the drama filming schedule and stated, "We finished filming up to episode 12. I just want to die TT."
Prior to this, the producers of 'About Time' announced they are replacing Lee Seo Won and re-filming his scenes.
Netizens assume the alleged staff member is under great stress at the thought of filming all of Lee Seo Won's scenes over again.
At the press conference for 'About Time' on May 17, director Kim Hyung Sik mentioned the staff's post, and said, "I'm aware of the post made by an alleged staff member. We will work our best to not cause issues in re-filming and editing." He added, "We are working to add more staffs to prevent errors and difficulties following the actor's departure."
Actor Lee Sang Yoon also shared thoughts, and said, "I've heard about the staff's post on my way here. As soon as I heard the news, I was confident that it's not actually coming from our staff member." He continued, "At first, I was thinking 'Who?' but I couldn't think of anyone. All of us are tightly focusing on the production with trust. Please give much attention."
