On April 11, an exclusive report by Star News stated that Kang Han Na has filed for nullification of her contract and has been completing her schedule on her own without the management support from the agency.
It's reported Kang Han Na faced difficulties after CEO Wei Jie of JC Group - a Chinese company that owns the largest share of Fantagio - stepped up as the sole head of the label.

Regarding the report, Fantagio officially responded,
"Fantagio has been giving proper management support for actress Kang Han Na until recently. We dearly hope for our artists, as well as Kang Han Na to actively continue their promotions with the company. We will actively communicate and try our best to come to a fair agreement with actress Kang Han Na. However, if she starts activities that violate the contract with the agency, we will strictly take legal action through proper procedures and request her to take social responsibility, in order to protect the company's rights."
Prior to this, Kang Han Na faced dating rumors involving Taiwanese actor Darren Wang.
