Lim Na Young shared her body shaping methods in 'Cosmopolitan'.
The PRISTIN member revealed, "I workout hard by receiving PT two to three times a week. I recently started Pilates. It helps not only with dieting but also in growing muscular strength. I try hard for health maintenance."
