Hangeng is in a relationship with Celina Jade.
On his 34th birthday on February 9, Hangeng opened his relationship to the public via Weibo. With a link to Celina's Weibo account, Hangeng posted, "Hello, 34. Hello, my lady." Celina Jade also replied to the post and wrote on Weibo, "Hello my man."

According to Chinese media outlets, Hangeng and Celina Jade first met at an award ceremony.
Celina Jade is a Chinese-American actress who was born in Hong Kong. She has starred in the American drama 'Arrow' and played the lead in hit Chinese film 'Wolf Warrior 2'.
Hangeng debuted in Super Junior in 2005 and left the group 4 years later. He has been promoting in China since then.
