When asked why singer IU and Girls' Generation YoonA were specifically selected as part-timers, Yoon CP explained, "There were many requests and many factors to consider."
He went on, "Although we could have had multiple assistants on the air, we thought it was crucial for one particular person to built a close bond with Lee Hyori. And then we thought, who could that very person be and imagined someone who would communicate well with Lee Hyori. First off, it had to be someone the owner was comfortable with and vice-versa. We also thought about a potential male part-timer to help out Lee Sang Soon during the winter season. Since Lee Hyori was the boss overall, we thought YoonA would be the right fit for her."

When asked what kind of person YoonA was, Yoon CP mentioned, "She has a lot of strengths and is a charming friend. At first, we were worried since she was a popular idol but she had a genuine way of approaching things. As for IU, Yoon CP commented, "It was the same for IU too."
Onto how IU and YoonA differ, Yoon explained, "Although there were times when she (IU) often stumbled, it was great to see her working so hard all the time. There are some who compare IU and YoonA but that shouldn't be the case. It's not like YoonA necessarily took over IU's spot. They both have different styles."
