Various K-Pop idols continue to dominate music charts in Japan as MONSTA X and band F.T. Island placed 2nd and 3rd, respectively, on Oricon's Daily Singles Chart.

After first day sales, MONSTA X's Japanese single 'Beautiful' charged in at #2 selling 29,074 copies upon release. This was followed by F.T. Island's 'Paradise' right below at number 3, with a total of 13,820 copies sold on the first day.
