Hwayoung in talks to lead upcoming drama 'Mad Dog'

Actress Hwayoung is in talks to lead the upcoming KBS drama 'Mad Dog'.

According to insiders, Hwayoung received an offer to play the female lead in the Wednesday-Thursday drama series, but it's yet to be confirmed. 'Mad Dog' tells the story of an insurance criminal, 'copycat' criminals, and the 'mad dogs' that hunt them down.

Hwayoung has previously starred in 'A Mother's Choice', 'OK Family', 'Ex-Girlfriend Club', and 'My Father is Strange'. 

'Mad Dog' is expected to premiere following the finale of 'Man Hole' this September. Stay tuned for updates.
