Actress Kim So Hyun, who recently wrapped up her drama 'Monarch - Owner of the Mask', shared her thoughts on acting alongside idols, as well as her most notable scene.
This is the actress's second time co-acting alongside an idol, previously having worked with 2PM's Taecyeon in 'Hey Ghost, Let's Fight'. In 'Monarch - Owner of the Mask', she acted beside INFINITE's L."I am not sure if this applies to all idol actors, but Taecyeon and L both had overwhelming drive to do well. Regardless of the situation, they had great mind control and kept telling themselves 'I can do this!' They would gives themselves pep talks. Their energy levels were different from actors; it took me by surprise."
Additionally, Kim So Hyun shared that the first half of the filming was the happiest moments, and stated, "The childhood scene with Yoo Seung Ho and L was the most aesthetically shot scene, so it was the most memorable moment for me. It somehow felt like I was looking back at my childhood memories, with all the fighting, rough play, and teasing that happened when I was in elementary school. I was watching from the side, and I felt like a mother while watching them film the scene."
