Below is News1's exclusive interview with T-ara's manager on the situation.
Q: Did Soyeon and Boram travel together with the rest of the group?
"30 minutes prior to their pickup schedule from the airport, I received a message saying they 'would travel alone.' It was the first time I heard from them for the past week."
Q: If you weren't able to get in contact with them, how did they prepare for the Taiwan concert?
"After the initial announcement of the two not participating on the 5th, Soyeon and Boram did not show up to practice. They did not participate in any of the dress rehearsals or the filming for the VCR recording which was supposed to be shown at the concert."
Q: Fans have claimed that the agency allowed for the girls to book separate flights?
"We reviewed it and found out that was false. We couldn't switch their tickets, how could we since we weren't able to get in contact with them?"
Just hours ago, Soyeon and Boram finally arrived in Taiwan. Check them out at the 23:15 mark in the video below.
