With just a few weeks away before the release of her film 'One Step,' Dara has joined the final cast of the upcoming film 'Cheese in the Trap' based on the popular webtoon series.
On March 24, production agency Mountain Movement Story stated, "Dara will be playing the role of Jang Bo Ra and rookie actor Kim Hyun Jin will be acting as Kwon Eun Taek."
Debuting as a 2NE1 member, Dara has starred in numerous dramas and will be making her debut on the big screen with a leading role in the film 'One Step.'
A representative commented, "Both Dara and Kim Hyun Jin have been cast in the final lineup."
Meanwhile, the main players of 'Cheese in the Trap' including Park Hae Jin, Oh Yeon Seo, Yoo In Young, Park Ki Woong, in addition to Dara and Kim Hyun Jin will meet for the first time on March 25. The movie will crank-in (begin filming) next month in April.
