According to Seoul police personnel, Ms. A served 6 months in prison and received 1 year probation for spreading false information after breaking up with an idol star.

Her partner in crime, known as Mr. B, also received the same sentence.�In February 2015, it was reported that the duo wrote on SNS regarding a idol group member Mr. C. �Ms. A claimed,�"She was raped and submerged by Mr. C, and said she was going to report and expose them (the group)." �

However, police investigation stated otherwise. The two people were dating and naturally broke up. There was no trace of any sexual assault.

Judge Park said,�"The idol victim has currently ceased his celebrity activities due to this situation, affecting him financially as well as his image. He has yet to receive an official apology." �

Meanwhile, Mr. C and fellow member Mr. D have been revealed to have left the group as of December 2015. �The agency claimed,�"Both members were unable to continue their activities�traumatized at a young age by such an incident."�
