The American rapper had previously expressed his surprise at Taeyeon backing out of the performance, and the Girls' Generation member followed up with her own post, citing audio issues as an explanation. It looks like fans have been trying to clear up the misunderstanding, but the rapper's new claims are catching many offguard.
He wrote to Twitter on December 3, "She claimed she had to go to the hospital the night before. Did the practice. Asked to be on a different stage than me then canceled." One of Wiz Khalifa's fans then commented, "You were very well in the presentation and that's what matters, not what the girl did," and the rapper responded, "Exactly. No matter if people take responsibility for their actions or not."
